Refund and Return Policy

Returns
You have one week to return an item from the date that you receive your order. To be eligible for a return here at Financials for Creatives LLC, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

If the product arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement.

If you need to make a return please contact us at hello@financialsforcreatives.com. The email must include your order number, full name, shipping address, and reason for the return. Your return must be postmarked within a week of when the package was delivered to you.

Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

Return-to-Sender

Orders sent back as “return-to-sender” due to an incorrect address or refusal of customs fees can be shipped back to you at your expense or the product minus shipping fees incurred due to “return-to-sender” can be refunded.

Canceling orders

Please email hello@financialsforcreatives.com with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line and we will attempt to cancel the order before it ships. If the order has already been shipped we cannot cancel it. Contact the shop immediately to prevent this.
